Hospital Staffing
Seek Nursing Agency provides temporary staffing solutions to hospitals and other healthcare facilities, when a hospital needs additional nursing staff to cover shifts or to fill temporary vacancies, we can provide qualified nurses to work at the facility. We have suitable candidates, who are ready to work and we have conducted background checks and verified qualifications, and ensure that the nurses are properly trained and able to meet the needs of the facility and the patients being cared for.
Enrolled nurses (ENs) and registered nurses (RNs) are two different categories of nurses.
ENs are trained to provide nursing care under the supervision of RNs and medical practitioners.
RNs are fully qualified nurses who have completed a bachelor’s degree in nursing or a graduate diploma in nursing. RNs can work independently and are responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
Personal assistants (PAs) are not nurses but are trained to provide assistance to individuals who need help with activities of daily living due to illness, disability, or age. It is important to ensure that the appropriate type of nursing staff is allocated to each hospital, based on the needs and requirements of the patients being cared for.
